Description:
The “Precision Security Technology with Laser for Agriculture” is an innovative working model for students designed to demonstrate how laser-based security systems can be used to protect agricultural fields from intruders, animals, and unauthorized access. This project simulates a smart laser security system that detects movement and triggers an alarm, ensuring enhanced protection for crops and farm areas.
The model is constructed on a 40 × 50 cm Foam Board or Sun Board base, representing a farmland area equipped with a security system. The system consists of the following components:
- Laser Diode & Mirrors: The laser diode emits a laser beam, which is reflected using mirrors to create an invisible security perimeter around the farm.
- LDR Sensor (Light Dependent Resistor): Detects interruptions in the laser beam. When the beam is broken (due to human or animal movement), the sensor detects a change in light intensity and triggers the alarm.
- Relay & Voltage Regulators: Control the power supply and signal processing for efficient operation.
- Diodes, Transistors, and Resistors: Ensure proper current flow and circuit protection.
- LED Indicators & Buzzer: When an intrusion is detected, LEDs flash and the buzzer sounds an alarm to alert farmers or security personnel.
- Battery Clip & Connecting Wires: Provide power and ensure stable electrical connections.
This project provides hands-on learning in laser security technology, electronics, and automation, showcasing how precision security systems can protect agricultural fields from unauthorized access and wildlife damage.
