Description:
The “Non-Microcontroller Load & Access Control” is an innovative working model for students designed to demonstrate automated access and load control without using a microcontroller. This project simulates a simple but effective system for managing controlled movement in applications such as gates, conveyor belts, or industrial load-handling systems.
The model is constructed on a 40 × 50 cm Foam Board or Sun Board base, representing a manual access and load management system. The system operates as follows:
- Push Button Activation: A push button is used to manually control the operation of the system.
- Motor Driver Module & Gear Motor: When activated, the motor driver module powers the gear motor, enabling controlled movement of a load or access point (such as a door, gate, or conveyor).
- Limit Switches: These automatically stop the motor when the load reaches a designated point, preventing overextension or mechanical failure.
- Connecting Wires: Ensure proper circuit connections for smooth operation.
Since no microcontroller is involved, this project highlights the fundamental principles of electrical automation using basic electronic components. It is ideal for students to learn about motor control, mechanical automation, and industrial load management.
