Description:
The “AI-Powered Fire Escape System” is an innovative working model for students that demonstrates how AI-based automation can improve fire safety in buildings. This project simulates a smart fire escape system that detects fire and automatically opens an emergency exit to help people evacuate safely.
The model is built on a 40 × 50 cm Foam Board or Sun Board base, representing a building equipped with an AI-powered fire escape mechanism. The system operates as follows:
- Flame Sensor Detection: The flame sensor continuously monitors for fire. If a fire is detected, it sends a signal to the Arduino Uno microcontroller.
- Arduino Uno Microcontroller: Processes the signal from the flame sensor and controls the escape mechanism.
- Servo Motor & Flute Board Door Mechanism: When a fire is detected, the servo motor automatically opens the fire escape door, made from flute board, providing a safe exit route.
- Connecting Wires: Establish electrical connections between components for seamless operation.
This project provides hands-on learning in fire safety automation, AI-driven emergency response, and Arduino programming, showcasing how technology can be used to enhance fire escape systems and ensure faster evacuation in emergency situations.
